I am all about “easy weight loss” here. I believe that losing weight doesn’t have to be hard.

The button labeled “OVERWEIGHT CAL” will take you to a page where your can calculate your “Body Mass Index.” This is the relationship of your weight to your height. This is good information to start from to develop a goal to reach your desired weight.
The button labeled “WEIGHT LOSS CAL” is used in combination with the “OVERWEIGHT CAL” button. After you set yourself a goal for the desired weight that you would like to be, use the ‘”WEIGHT LOSS CAL” page to see how to reach your goal.
